噗浪會是推特殺手嗎？我不認為！
我會在意這一點嗎？也許不會！
這很重要嗎？肯定不是！

對於談論推特，其實我並不是這麼感興趣。目前我已經禮貌性拒絕媒體採訪關於推特的議題，這並不是因為我恨他們，而是我不願無禮地去假設推特現在或未來正在進行的工作。我是真的不知道，坦白說我也真的不關心，而且推特與我們從未有過接觸或對話。

如果有媒體認為這個議題具有爆點，我只能為我的和平主義道歉。炒作有爆點的議題並沒有錯，一般人習慣透過他們已經知道的事物，去認識一項新的事物。但就推特與噗浪這一點來說，我個人真心地相信網路世界夠大，大到足以同時容納推特與噗浪並存的。

而且坦白說，噗浪現階段是完全不能與推特相提並論的，兩者並不在同一個等級上。噗浪仍然有很多的工作要完成，而我對於這一切與噗浪的未來，是相當興奮的。

也許有一天，當我們的用戶快速成長，可以大到讓推特緊張，甚至讓他們公開說一些關於噗浪的傻話時。我向各位保證，我會親自買一箱冷凍啤酒送到他們辦公室，讓他們消消火，這是我所能做最毒的回應了。

Is plurk a twitter killer? no. do i care? probably not. does it matter? definitely not.

i am not interested in talking about the 'other' team. so far i have politely declined to answer any interview questions regarding twitter not because we hate them. but because it's impolite for us to make assumption about what twitter is doing now or in the future. I really have no clue and frankly i couldn't care less :). And no they have never contacted us and we have never talked to them.

I'm sorry if my pacifism disappoints the media who craves for sensationalism. And there's nothing wrong with sensationalism. People tend to identify new things with something they already know. In which case, I personally believe the web is big enough for both of us to co-exist.

And frankly, right now, we are not even in the same league with them. We still have a lot to do and I'm very excited about that and our future.

Maybe one day, with the help of our fast growing user base, we can make them a little nervous and say something stupid about plurk in public. Then I assure you I will personally buy a case of chilled beers and send it to their office. That's as hostile as I can ever get.
